Classic Theater/ Athens Georgia

Attended the October 15th concert at the Classic Theatre in Athens Georgia. Although not held in Houston Texas, nonetheless the concert featured Alison Krauss and her excellent backing musicians. Held in a 2,000 seat venue, the 90 minutes show was superb and nearly flawless. Her vocals as usual were exemplary and “angelic “ She is blessed with pitch perfect tones and smoothness. Her delivery is so pure and her vocal range is impeccable. She glides through the classics and originals with ease. She has a way with “spiritual “ gospel songs that comes from her heart. She is truly a national treasure and someone who if you’re given a chance, by all means please go see her in concert in a town near you. You won’t be disappointed. In my opinion, she is not only a talented performer but a genuine humble sweet person who makes you feel warm in your heart with her music and personality. Alison Krauss is the real deal ❤️ ...
